Most of the coaches at Evolution are available for Personal Training and Private Lessons. Sessions tend to be one hour each and are designed to work specifically on your goals in a one on one environment with the coach that will best suits your training needs. We specialize in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, Kettle Bell workouts, strength and conditioning, weight loss and nutrition. We can design a private lesson for all of our martial arts classes and even our cardio kickboxing classes. Of course we can also design specialized training for any and every need that an individual may have. The best way to figure out which coach best works for you is to meet them while they are teaching a class, and you are able to see what they have to offer. WHO: You can pick whichever coach you prefer to work with (provided they are available). If you want to start off with personal training before the classes we can figure out what areas you want to work on and assign the best coach to fit your needs. We do allow you to have 1 other person join you if you would like to split the cost with a friend.
WHAT: Personalized sessions that focus on you, your body and your needs. The package of sessions can work on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, strength and conditioning, technique. We do martial arts classes and boxing training to get you ready for a fight or tournament, but also cardio kickboxing classes and self-defense workouts.
WHEN: Sessions are scheduled to meet the time and convenience of both the client and the coach, so we allow the two of you to set up those sessions independently.
